Lotte Pakistan PTA Limited - New Identity New Begining

Lotte - the Asian conglomerate has acquired the majority shareholding in Pakistan PTA Limited, making Lotte PPTA a member of the Lotte Group. Lotte aims to become one of Asia's top 10 golbal corporations by 2018.
My question to all of you is whether it is benefial way get foreign remittance in Pakistan or its just a mode of quitting from Pakistan's Assets.
