There has always and will continue to be a certain push/pull between owners and workers. Each sees his position differently. The owner has considerations that the worker does not ever have to have as a concern. He is responsible for the whole business, not just the finishing department. He takes on all the risk of doing business. He has much more at stake than just how good the finish is on the cabinet going out. Therefore, the business owner has the right to a larger share than those that work for him. 


Employees must cooperate with their employers in the action taken to comply with the Act or Regulations. In particular, they should use or apply control measures as required and should cooperate with assessments, training programs and other action taken to protect health and safety. Employees who become aware of any situation or incident that could be a source of danger to themselves or any other person must act immediately to protect their health and safety, and report the matter to the employer or relevant health and safety representative.

However, here a question is aroused that what if employee will not physically present in the office and working somewhere else for the employer. How the employer would control his employee in this scenario and how remote employees productivity can be monitored and increased without presenting there. Personally, monitoring employees have positive effects not just on the company but on the staff as well, especially if you're managing a remote team. It makes them focus on work and avoid distractions. However, we should let them know first that they are going to be monitored.
What our company is using is an awesome time tracking software called Time Doctor. It's very accurate on tracking the time they've spent on every task while they're actually doing it. And you can select the screenshots on any date range, and you can view up to 50 screen captures on one page.

Business no doubt has taken a U turn in today's scenario. It has been a must necessity to look out at the world giving a practical reason to streamline the process and that is some what the reason to remote operation of business. And as with the requirement the employee monitoring has got practical importance in the stage to figure out the growth of business.

Yes of course it is a high importance to keep track of time but in what manner makes a difference. We work for at least more than 15 locations all over the world and to have a track of every employee its very much necessary to keep track of the work hours that simultaneously contributes to the growth of the company as well as the employees ultimately.
