Financial Statements Disclosure Checklist for Listed Companies by ICAP

Listed companies are required to disclose financial details in annual accounts of the compnay to comply with International Financial Reporting Frameworks and Local corporate laws. ICAP has made a checklist of all those relevant disclosures those are required to be published in financial statements of listed companies.
